Manufacturer Siwani Makmur (SIMA) plans to change its core business, to focus in property and coal mining sectors. Currently it manufactures and produces flexible bag for industry. The Company then will relocate its packaging plant in Muara Baru, North Jakarta, to Bekasi, Wst Java. SIMA will build apartment in Muara Baru. It will partner with Ciputra in building property business. It will acquire 1.2 hectares land in Bekasi. SIMA suffered loss of Rp467 million in 2016.
