PT Nirvana Development Tbk (NIRO) through its unit, PT Nirvana Wastu Pratama, acquired Mall Gorontalo, shopping center in Serambi Madinah province. The acquisition values for Rp48.7 billion. NIRO then now has 14 malls. Alongwith this acquisition, NIRO also took over Hotel Maqna. Malls contributed 60% revenues to NIRO.
