Property developer Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) targets to book marketing sales of Rp1.5 trillion from land sales. While total marketing sales targeted for this year reaches Rp7.3 trillion. BSDE has sold land to Mitsubishi through its joint venture (JV) entity for Rp840 billion value. BSDE said its land sales contributes bigger profit margin than sales of building. BSDE expects to book net profit margin of 30% this year. In 2016, it booked net profit of Rp1.79 trillion or Rp27.5% of revenues (Rp6.52 trillion). BSDE also targets its recurring income to reach 20-25% within next five years.
