Surabaya-based Wahana Pronatural (WAPO) has launched the debt-to-equity conversion, by issuing 695.12 million new shares, representing 57% of its enlarged capital. The debt conversion values for Rp69.5 billion, consisting debt to PT Hijau Sari (Rp34.75 billion) and debt to PT Mitra Niaga Sakti (34.75 billion). Now PT Hijau Sari holds 19.23% WAPO shares while PT Mitra Niaga Sakti owns 10.58% shares. Other shareholders of WAPO are PT Pesona Bangun Mandiri (10.58%), PT Surya Pelangi Mandiri (19.23%), and public investors (40.38%). WAPO has negative working capital of Rp52.4 billion with total liability of Rp100.3 billion. Its assets reached Rp105.9 billion. WAPO suffered loss of Rp9.9 billion in 2016.
