Foreign tourist visiting Indonesia during March 2017 amounted 1.02 millions, grew by 11.64% from 915,020 in March 2016. Compared to Februray 2017, the figure increased 6.68%. For Jan-Mar 2017 period, foreign tourist arrivals totaled 3.01 million, up 15.07% compared to 2.62 million in the same period of 2016. Room occupancy rate for star hotels in 27 provinces during March 2017 during March was average 54.7%, higher 1.82 points compared to 52.88% in March 2016. The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian in star hotels in 27 provinces during March 2017 stood at 1.89 days, up 0.08 points from March 2016.
