Delfi Limited, through its subsidiary, PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres, has today completed divestment of 50% shares in PT Ceres Meiji Indotama (CMI), to to Meiji Co., Ltd. Delfi Limited is expected to realise a pre-tax gain on disposal of US$4.6 million, after deducting fees and other charges associated with the disposal.
