Property developer Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) booked net profit of Rp733 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2017, surged 183% from Rp258.74 billion in the corresponding period of 2016. Revenues increased 59% to Rp1.75 trillion. Sales of land, building, and strata title building jumped 81% to Rp1.44 trillion. BSDE has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.01 trillion as at March 2017.
