PT Marcopolo Shipyard has on May 18, 2017 filed an application to place itself under the suspension of debt payment plan (PKPU). It was ordered, amongst others, a temporary retraint of legal proceedings against it be put in place for 45 days, during this period Marcopolo is required to submit a debt restructuring plan.
