PT Citra Maharlika Nusantara Corpora Tbk (CPGT) (formerly known as Cipaganti) entered their period of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) in November 2016 as a result of lawsuit filed by Armand Yapsunto Muharamsyah and Partners (AYMP) Law Office (formerly known as DNC Advocates). The troubled transportation company have been struggling to pay their debts and initially offered the creditors with the company’s shares.
