The Asian Development Bank (ADB) provides US$200 million fund for national road construction project (phase 2) in the south part of Java island. The tender for this project will be launched next month (May). The Government targets to build 1,000 km road in south part of Java island, connecting Cilacap (Central Java) and Banyuwangi (East Java), targeted to finish the construction in 2019.
