Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, SGX-listed company controlled by Indonesian tycoon Sjamsul Nursalim, is one of the largest property developers in Singapore with total assets of S$2.12 billion by December 31, 2016. The Company’s net profit, however, collapsed 51% to $33.6 million last year as sales revenues also down 40%.
