In the fourth instalment of this series of articles on interesting regional elections, we take a look into the regional election in the Pekanbaru city of the resource-rich Riau province, and the regional election in the regency of Buton and the regency of Bombana, both are regencies in the resource-rich province of Southeast Sulawesi.
