Hengky Setiawan, owner of TiPhone Mobile (TELE), the largest distributor of Telkom Group’s vouchers (US$1 billion in the first nine months of 2016), recently clarified a photograph of Habib Rizieq Shihab, chairman of hardline Islamic group FPI, which went viral on the net.
