At the end of October 2016, the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) told the press that they would soon name a suspect in the alleged manipulation of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk (Mobile-8)’s tax restitution. The AGO said that they had found a breakthrough in the inquisition process, but to date, no suspect has been named. Interestingly, however, Hary Djaja and Anthony Chandra Kartawiria, the two people whose name were mentioned in connection to the case, filed a pre-trial lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court to challenge the AGO’s investigation process.To subscribe please click here
