PT Tamtama Perkasa and its owner Prajogo Pangestu escaped the bankruptcy lawsuit filed by one of its creditor PT Penang Export Indonesia (PEI). After following four hearings in the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court, the parties finally agreed to resolve the dispute outside of court.
