The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) have expanded their investigation into the allegations of bribery in the distribution of West Sumatera’s additional quota for sugar. The case previously brought down the Chairman of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) Irman Gusman. After examining the Director of the National Logistics Agency (Bulog) Djarot Kusumayakti, the KPK began to examine officials in the Ministry of Trade. The KPK have also have twice summoned Irman’s wife Liestyana Rizal Gusman but she never fulfilled the call.To subscribe please click here
