Banking sector reported an improved earnings performance in the first nine months (9M) of 2016, Jan-Sep period, on the back of operation growth. Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA) booked profit after tax of Rp1.29 trillion, jumped 389.6% from the same period of 2015. Its net interest income only grew by 4.25% to Rp8.88 trillion, but operating profit jumped 315.3% to Rp1.87 trillion. Non interest income also rose 29%.To subscribe please click here
