The aspiring big coalition led by the Gerindra Party has supposedly fallen apart following the emergence of Mardani Ali Sera of PKS as the strongest potential running mate for businessman-cum-politician Sandiaga “Sandi” Salahuddin Uno, the governor candidate of Gerindra. PPP, PKB and the Democratic Party, are now reportedly keen to endorse Yusril Ihza Mahendra as governor candidate and the Regional Secretary of the Capital City Saefullah as his running mate.
