By now, it’s clear for us that the Governor of Jakarta Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama will compete in the 2017 gubernatorial race as a candidate backed by a coalition of political parties (Nasdem, Hanura, and Golkar as confirmed backers for the time being).
