The PDI-P’s chapter for West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is reportedly ready to sue the divestment of 6% of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara (NNT)’s shares by PT Daerah Maju Bersaing (DMB) owned by the NTB’s provincial authority. DMB has sold 6% of NTT’s shares to PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) along with the Medco’s recent acquisition over 82.2% of NNT’s shares. The PDI-P’s NTB chapter claimed that the said transaction (6% NNT stake sale by DMB) was done without following procedure.To subscribe please click here
