PT Waskita Tollroad, the subsidiary of state construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT), has acquired 60% stake in PT Sriwjaya Makmore Persada, the toll operator for the 111.69 km Kayuagung-Palembang-Betung (Kapalbetung) toll road.
