The eight-year-old case on alleged cartel practices in determination of short message service (SMS) rates entered a new phase. On February 29, 2016 the Supreme Court (MA) finally received the appeal filed by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). The 5 companies who were found guilty of conducting cartel practices are required to comply with the punishment given by the KPPU.To subscribe please click here
