Asian stocks tracked U.S. gains Friday (Jan. 15). The Chief of Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis James Bullard noted that the rout in energy prices may dent inflation expectations helped fuel the US rally as technical signals suggested the selloff may have gone too far, Bloomberg reported. But concerns remain: crude oil prices falling below USD $30 per barrel (at 12-year lows) and signal of weak global economic growth.
