The Corruption Court of the Central Jakarta District Court heard the demands of the prosecutors against the former General Manager (GM) of PT Hutama Karya Budi Rachmat Kurniawan on January 25, 2016. Budi allegedly acted as the mastermind in the corruption of the Ministry of Transportation’s Phase III Development of the Education and Training Center for Marine Studies (BP21P). Budi is charged with 5 years imprisonment and an obligation to pay Rp300 million in fine subsidiary 6 months imprisonment.To subscribe please click here
