The disputes between two advocates organizations, Peradi and the Congress of Indonesian Advocates (KAI), is yet to show a sign of closure. This dispute has lasted despite the 2010 decision of the Supreme Court (MA) that banned the Court of Appeals from swearing in advocates unless and until both organizations could resolve their problems. But nothing has happened since then, if anything, the conflict between the two organizations has only intensified through time.
