Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs—a portfolio that includes the management of natural resources—Rizal Ramli continues to make noise. After criticizing Pelindo II and the state-owned electricity provider PLN, Rizal directed his criticism against the state-owned oil & gas company Pertamina. Rizal told the press that there are “players” behind two of Pertamina’s projects ,i.e., the fuel storage development project and fuel pipelines project.
