The struggle of five workers against the provisions of Law No. 2/2004 on Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement (UU PPHI) paid off. On September 29, 2015, the Constitutional Court (MK) granted the request of judicial review. In addition to ruling on the tested articles, the Court also delivered new provisions to be used as references for the settlement of disputes in the future.
