On August 19, 2015 the South Jakarta District Court held the trial addressing the Corruption Eradication Commission’s (KPK) request for a reconsideration (PK) of the verdict on Hadi Poernomo’s pre-trial. The trial, however, was postponed until August 27, 2015. Hadi Poernomo, who has so far faced the pre-trial without legal counsel, asked the court to be allowed counsel.
