PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) provides a loan facility of Rp1 trillion for PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), which operates retail networks such as Alfamart, Alfamidi, Alfa Express, and Lawson in Indonesia. AMRT has previously raised Rp1.54 trillion from selling 2.91 billion shares at the price of Rp530 per share to PT Sigmantara Alfindo and PT Amanda Cipta Persada. The proceeds were set for funding debt payments. AMRT has short term loans of Rp1.56 trillion and Rp386.1 billion scheduled to mature with one year.To subscribe please click here
