The Government has issued Government Regulation (PP) No. 40/2015 on the Clean Water Delivery Exempted from Value Added Tax. Provisions in this PP are one of several temporary rules designed to respond to the legal vacuum after the Constitutional Court (MK) canceled the Law No. 7/2004 on Water Resources and all its derivatives rules.
