The Constitutional Court (MK) has on August 18 held the inaugural hearing session of the judicial review of Law No. 3/2009 on the Supreme Court filed by the Forum of Justice and Constitutional Studies (FKHK). The judicial review was proposed to question the judicial process on the judicial review or “permohonan keberatan” (better known as hak uji materi – HUM) that is run by the Supreme Court (MA).To subscribe please click here
