The boundary separating the Great Indonesia ruling coalition (KIH) and the Red-and-White opposition group (KMP) seems to have grown increasingly flexible. The most recent example is the passage of the controversial proposal for Electoral Region Development Fund (UP2DP), the plan popularly known as the aspiration fund.
