The group of people who believe that they’re conducting a constitutional jihad have filed two other request for judicial review to the Constitutional Court (MK) against Law No. 30/2009 on Electricity and Law No. 25/2007 on Foreign Investment (UU PMA). The group argues that both laws have the potential for allowing the private sector to seep into the management of natural resources, a situation that constitutes privatization and liberalization. And so the group concludes that both laws contradict the constitution, wherein it’s clear that the state has full sovereignty on the management of natural/key resources.To subscribe please click here
