Four global smartphone producers/vendors are set to operate their factories in Indonesia in response to the government’s plan to boost local content in smartphone products. Ignatius Warsito, an official from the Ministry of Industry, identified the four vendors as ASUS, Huawei, Lenovo, and Xiaomi.
