PT Bukit Mutiara, controlled by Recapital Group (Rosan P Roeslani, Sandiaga Uno, and Elvin Ramli), had outstanding debts of US$383 million to Bumi Resources (BUMI) as at June 30, 2014. The debt matures next year with redemption premium 19% IRR to BUMI. How this would be settled?
