President-elect Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, in his capacity as the Governor of the Capital City of Jakarta signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Minister of Transportation on Aug. 14, 2014. The MoU was supposed to facilitate the development of a 1400-meter pier on the coast of PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara’s C-04 zone.
