Shares of herbal player Sido Muncul (SIDO) retreated 23% in the past few months. The company has just completed two acquisitions with a combined Rp282 billion of investment, consisted of one acquisition in property sector and one in herbal industry. State-owned steel producer, meanwhile, adds Osaka Steel in the list of partners.
