The Indonesian Telecommunication Regulatory Body (BRTI) would improve the identification system of prepaid SIM Card users by August this year. Prepaid users are required to reregister their SIM Card by March 2015. Else, they would be blocked and unable to make an outgoing phone call or text message, even though they still can receive phone call or text message.
