Malaysian company Gadang Holdings Berhad, through subsidiary Asian Utilities Pte Ltd, has completed the acquisition of 60% equity interest in PT Ikhwan Mega Power, which develops mini hydropower plant in Sumatra. PT Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) Tbk, meanwhile, acquires 60% shares of Malaysian company CG Computers Sdn Bhd.
