ASX-listed Northern Mining Limited has signed a non-binding heads of agreement to acquire PT Bintang Cipta Persada, which owns mining concessions in minerals such as gold, coal, and nickel around Indonesia. Fulucai Productions Ltd, meanwhile, has entered into a binding MoU with Blue Sky Langsa Ltd to acquire working interest in Langsa Offshore TAC.
