Sunday, Mar. 16, 2014 marked the day of the start of the public campaigns for this year’s legislative election. Legislative candidates can now advertise themselves (through print and electronic means) and hold mass assemblies. The public campaign period will last for three weeks before the start of the quiet days that will begin on Apr. 6 and end on Apr. 8, a day prior to the election.
