The election witness fund has been exposed to extensive public scrutiny. So much so that that the Central Government seems to have retracted the idea with the elimination of the clause stipulating the terms of the fund in a draft presidential regulation on election witnesses, as per reported by Kompas earlier today (Feb. 6).
