Property developer Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE), unit of Sinarmas Land Ltd, has established two new subsidiaries for the operation of toll roads and real estate development. PetraFoods Ltd, meanwhile, has just established a new US$500 million medium term note (MTN) program, replacing the S$300 million MTN established in December 2006.
