Malaysian company Lion Forest Industries Berhad has agreed to acquire 100% shares of plantation company PT Varita Majutama for a cash consideration of US$63.75 million. This is one of the largest acquisitions in the plantation sector year-to-date. What Asnim brothers will do with the proceeds?
