PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT) TBk said on Monday that based on its interpretation of Trade Minister Regulation No 68/2012, the company will have to divest 661 Alfamart outlets in five years or about 14% of the company own outlets. Indomaret, owned by Salim Group, might have to divest more than that.
