Five years ago, S.E.A Mineral, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of China Nickel Resources (CNR) Holdings Co Ltd and Yiwan Mining (holder of Kalimantan concession) entered into an exclusive iron ore off-take agreement for 14 years (January 2021), which has been extended to January 2036.
