Small bank PT Bank Multicor Tbk controlled by Mr Suganda Setiadi Kurnia kicks off initial public offering (IPO) of 300 million new shares (represent 17.35% of the bank’s paid capital after IPO) at nominal value of Rp100 today. The proceeds will be used to expand loans, network, and IT investment.
